In modern times many of the ingredients in traditional Mexican Recipes can be replaced with their healthier low or no-fat versions of beans, cheese and tortillas.

Many of these recipes on this website are sent in by users just like you who enjoy cooking and sharing their own Mexican Recipes.

Mexicanrecips.org has recently had a change in ownership and we have made some design changes to the website.

The original information and Mexican recipes on this site are still available; however the rating information and number of recipe views did not come over during the website conversion.

In the old version of the website users were able to post their own recipes.

Unfortunately the overhead from users with self-promoting tactics made this arrangement unmanageable.
