Recipe: Clasico Burrito Grande

Summary: Classic Beef, Bean and Rice Burrito, Easy to Make and Delicious!


  • 1 Pound of ground beef
  • 1 – 16 oz. Jar of Thick-N-Chunky Salsa

  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 – 16 oz. Can Refried Beans, warmed
  • 6 – 10 Inch flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream


  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
  2. Stir in salsa and peppers.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice; cover.
  5. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
  6. Spread beans down centers of tortillas; top with meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
  7. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
  8. Serve with sour cream.
