  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 8-inch flour tortillas, warmed according to package directions
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream


  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, bell peppers, onion and garlic.
  3. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Add lime juice, cumin, oregano and black pepper.
  5. Simmer 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with warm tortillas, salsa and sour cream.
