Recipe: Easy Chili, Cheese and Chips Nachos

Summary: Easy and Fast Chili Cheese Nachos


  • 1 Package Tortilla Chips or Large Corn Chips
  • Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese
  • Canned Green Chili Peppers, Rinsed and Seeded


  1. Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on an ovenproof plate or baking sheet.
  2. Cut cheese in 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/4 inch pieces.
  3. Cut chili peppers in strips.
  4. Place a piece of cheese on each chip; top with a strip of chili pepper.
  5. Bake in 400 Degree oven for 5 Minutes or until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve Hot!


Add Ground Beef or other Mexican Fillers to Spice up these Nachos.
