Ingredients
- 1 Package Tortilla Chips or Large Corn Chips
- Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese
- Canned Green Chili Peppers, Rinsed and Seeded
Instructions
- Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on an ovenproof plate or baking sheet.
- Cut cheese in 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/4 inch pieces.
- Cut chili peppers in strips.
- Place a piece of cheese on each chip; top with a strip of chili pepper.
- Bake in 400 Degree oven for 5 Minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Serve Hot!

Add Ground Beef or other Mexican Fillers to Spice up these Nachos.
