Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 850 degrees.
- Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chiles; seasoning mix and corn; simmer 10 minutes.
- In a 9″ x 13″ baking dish, layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, lasagne style.
- Bake 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
- Top with sour cream.
