Summary: A Fast and Easy Mexican Recipe for Black Bean Taco Bake

Ingredients


  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Bush’s Best Black Beans, Undrained
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (1.25 oz.) McCormick Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup broken up tortilla chips
  • 1 can (8.75 OZ ) Whole kernel corn drained

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F
  2. Brown meat ln a large sklllet over medium heat
  3. Drain excess Liquid
  4. Add beans, taco seasoning, corn, and salsa to the meat.
  5. Simmer for 10 mmutes
  6. Transfer mnxture to 9 x 13 baking dish, sprinkle on cheese and tortilla chips, and place in oven.
  7. Bake for 10 mmutes remove from oven and serve warm.

Note: For a meatless dish, you may substitute 1 Can Bush’s Best Pinto Beans For Beef or Turkey
