Recipe: Black Bean Taco Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 1 can (15 oz.) Bush’s Best Black Beans, Undrained
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 1 package (1.25 oz.) McCormick Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup broken up tortilla chips
- 1 can (8.75 OZ ) Whole kernel corn drained
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F
- Brown meat ln a large sklllet over medium heat
- Drain excess Liquid
- Add beans, taco seasoning, corn, and salsa to the meat.
- Simmer for 10 mmutes
- Transfer mnxture to 9 x 13 baking dish, sprinkle on cheese and tortilla chips, and place in oven.
- Bake for 10 mmutes remove from oven and serve warm.
Variations
Note: For a meatless dish, you may substitute 1 Can Bush’s Best Pinto Beans For Beef or Turkey
