Recipe: Chicken Taco Bake


  • 1 pound chicken, cut into cubes

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) Campbell’s tomato soup
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 flour tortillas, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can refried beans


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken until browned and juices run clear; pour off fat.
  3. Add soup, salsa, milk, refried beans, tortillas and half of the cheese.
  4. Spoon into a 2 quart shallow baking dish.
  5. Cover and bake about 20 minutes, until hot.
  6. Sprinkle With remaining cheese and serve.
