Recipe: Tortilla Tuna Bake

Summary: For the Adventurous Eater..

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/3) ounce can tuna, drained

  • 10 ounces broccoli, cooked
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can French Fried Onions (divided)
  • 1 (10.75) ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 (large) Flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix tuna, broccoli, 5 ounces cheese and half can of onions.
  3. In separate bowl, mix soup and milk.
  4. Pour 3/4 of soup/milk mixture into tuna mixture.
  5. Spoon into flour tortillas and roll.
  6. Place tortillas in greased 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining soup/milk mixture on top of tortillas.
  8. Bake, covered, 40 minutes.
  9. Put remaining cheese and onions on top and bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes longer until cheese melts.
