Recipe: Seafood Filler

Summary: This Seafood Filler Can Be used to Fill a variety of Mexican Recipes Such as Empanadas, Burritos, Tostadas or Tacos


  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 8 ounces cooked lobster, coarsely chopped
  • 8 ounces cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped

  • 8 ounces cooked crab meat
  • 1/3 cup sherry
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/4 cup milk


  1. Melt 1/3 cup butter.
  2. Add lobster, shrimp, and crabmeat.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add sherry.
  5. Cover and set aside.
  6. In another pan melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
  7. Add flour and cook 3 to 4 minutes over low heat.
  8. Slowly add milk.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Pour over seafood and cook for 5 minutes.
