Jalapeno Roll-Ups

Recipe: Jalapeno Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 3(8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons hot picante sauce

  • 1 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons jalapenos, sliced
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2-3 dozen flour tortillas
  • salsa or picante sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients (except flour tortillas) together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread mixture onto flour tortillas and roll up.
  3. Chill at least one hour.
  4. Slice and place on serving dish with salsa or picante sauce.
