Recipe: Fast Mexican Chicken Tortilla Pizzas

Ingredients
- 4 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. sliced pimento
- 4 is oz. can refried been dip
- 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken strips
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions guacamole (if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Place tortillas on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp
- Spread 1/4 of bean dip over each tortilla
- Top each with 1/4 of the chicken, onions, olives, pimento and cheese
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Garnish with guacamole
