Recipe: Two Cheese Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 (6-Inch) flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chunky-style medium salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheet
- Brush with butter
- Bake until crisp, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Remove baking sheet from oven.
- Spread each tortilla equally with salsa
- Top with green pepper, corn and red onion
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses
- Bake until Cheddar melts (about 5 minutes)
- Serve hot
