- Saute’ onion and green pepper until soft, then stir in chili powder; cook 2 minutes; return meat with tomatoes, celery, salt and pepper to skillet and mix well.
- Spoon into a 6-cup casserole.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour, or until pork is tender.
- Spoon over 1/2 cup cooked rice per serving.
