Recipe: Southwestern Mexican Salsa
Ingredients
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small can green chiles
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients; let sit at least 1 hour for juices to combine.
- Serve as a sauce for tacos, tostadas, steak or use as a dip with corn chips.
