Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (small) can tomato sauce
- 1 (small) can creamed corn
- 1 (small) package Fritos corn chips
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (medium) onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 (small) can olives, sliced
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in skillet; drain Well.
- Add taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and creamed corn.
- Cook together 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In large salad bowl, layer corn chips, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and meat.
- Sprinkle cheese over top and garnish with tomatoes and olives.
