Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion

Instructions
- Saute onion, pepper and cumin in nonstick pan coated with vegetable coating spray.
- Beat egg whites and milk in blender for one minute.
- Add to skillet, stirring to mix with vegetables.

- Place in warm whole wheat tortilla and roll up.
